Pavia Winds is one of the Midwest's most exciting young chamber music ensembles. Formed in 2005 by musicians from area colleges and universities, the Twin Cities-based group is interested in exploring a variety of repertoire for wind soloists with an increasing focus on contemporary music. Active performers, Pavia Winds presents concerts and workshops throughout Minnesota and especially enjoys working with students to encourage enthusiasm for chamber music of all kinds.
